Castor 这个开源工具能把网页里的视频提取出来，再通过 DLNA、Chromecast、投到智能电视上，专门解决“网页能播、电视没 App”的尴尬。它需要先装 Chrome/Chromium、ffmpeg 和 ffprobe，Linux、macOS、Docker 都支持，Windows 还没提供。
